Proposed Aquisition: Feburary 2008

NBA Transaction – Select Investment Group entered into contract to purchase a minority interest in a National Basketball Association franchise.  The deal has been approved by the current owner, majority owner, NBA Board of Governor’s, and the office of the commissioner. 

UPDATE: August 2008 – SIG has withdrawn from their interest in the NBA franchise due to new information that has come to the table.
