Select Investment Group, in an effort to progress the development of two residential assets, has partnered with Bob Dyer and Tony Kucia, the principals of Asset Advantage and Blossom Homes, respectively.  Mr. Dyer and Mr. Kucia have been involved in residential development in Northeast Ohio for many years, come with a large amount of expertise, and are well respected amongst their peers.

Detailed discussions have begun for both Spruce Hill, 58 lots in Macedonia, Ohio, and Gates Village, 75 lots in Olmsted Township.  These efforts should result with development beginning on both projects within the year.  A brief bio of both Asset Advantage and Blossom Homes below:

Blossom Homes is local Northeast Ohio custom and community builder.  President Anthony Kucia was a Project Manager for a national home builder in the Michigan and Ohio markets for 10 years prior to the start of Blossom Homes in 2004.  Since then, Blossom Homes has received multiple accolades and awards for their work in local communities in addition to being a multi-year participant in the Cleveland area Citirama/Homerama.  Tony's experience in the construction industry is a huge asset in the development, design, and home-building process.
