Aquisition:  September 2006

Select Investment Group acquired 30 units in Columbus from Volunteers of America.  This 30 unit complex consists of one and two bedroom units and is located directly across from the new Ohio Department of Transportation on West Broad Street in Columbus, OH.  This is SIG’s first venture into the Columbus market which boasts a growing population and job market led by government and retail jobs.
