SIG management utilizes the real estate investment philosophy that our pay should be based on performance, not on mere management of property assets alone. Because of this, we use our experience to find underperforming real estate assets to take control of in order to seek enhanced investment returns. Standing behind this strategy, SIG's managers personally invest a minimum of 10% - 30% of cash required to close every real estate transaction it manages - further enforcing the concept of our driving interest in our client's success.
